Job Title: Social Media Intern
Location: Accra (Hybrid – mostly remote with occasional in-person content capture)
Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media Intern to help grow and manage our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, visual storytelling, and planning digital content.

What You’ll Be Doing

Repurpose old content into fresh, engaging posts

Create new content (images, reels, captions, carousels)

Develop and manage a weekly content calendar

Occasionally go out to film or capture content (transport support provided)

Monitor and suggest ways to improve social media engagement

Who We’re Looking For

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Able to write captions and structure posts confidently

Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

Comfortable with light fieldwork (filming or photography when needed)

Creative thinker with attention to tone, layout, and branding
