We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance & Support Officer to join our
growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and compliant
onboarding experience for our clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring transactions for
compliance, assisting with the implementation of compliance programs, and providing excellent
customer service.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring timely and professional completion.
• Communicate client feedback to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Archive all client documentation efficiently and securely.
• Support the Compliance team in administering and implementing compliance programs.
• Take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Compliance.
Qualifications
• Recent graduates with a university degree or equivalent education.
• Eligibility for the National Service Scheme (NSS).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess risk.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in common computer software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
