**Position**: HR Intern – Graduate Takeoff Program
**Location**: Accra, Greater Accra Region (Remote)
**Type**: Part-time (20 hours/week), Fully Remote

**About the Program**
The Graduate Take-Off Program is a 1-year paid internship offering recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a remote tech environment. It’s designed to develop professional skills and could lead to a full-time role at InEvent.

**Responsibilities**
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems
• Improve HR processes aligned with company strategies
• Draft and edit HR policies and perform administrative duties
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent teams to manage social media pages
• Assist in creating social media recruiting campaigns
• Support branding strategies and employer brand awareness
• Contribute to onboarding, benefits, performance management, and more

**Requirements**
• 6+ months of HR experience (employee relations/branding preferred)
• Experience using HRIS tools
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information
• Understanding of recruitment processes
• Creative mindset for employer branding initiatives
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must have:
– Personal laptop (Mac or Windows)
– Mobile device (iOS or Android)
– Stable internet connection
