About the Role
DeeTek is seeking a Financial Officer to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, reporting, risk mitigation, and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize resources
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
• Liaise with tax advisors and ensure all financial regulations are met

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial management
• Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
o Excellent communication skills
o Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
o Deep knowledge of regulatory standards and risk management
