About the Role
Lush Hair Ghana is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Officer to join our finance team. This role is vital in ensuring accurate financial management and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Record and reconcile daily sales and expenses
• Manage petty cash and ensure timely reconciliations
• Monitor customer payments and process supplier transactions
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions (e.g., SSNIT, PAYE)
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders
• Support tax filings and audit processes

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting (preferably in retail, beauty, or hospitality sectors)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of accounting principles
• Exceptional accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with SAP or other ERP software is an added advantage
