Finance Manager

Role Summary
The Finance Manager would be responsible for supporting the Chief Finance Officer in delivering the organisation’s financial management strategy and operations. This role oversees budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury operations, and compliance.

Reporting Line: Reports to Chief Finance Officer

Job Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
– Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with departments.
– Oversee the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
– Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including IFRS and IPSAS.
– Monitor and manage the organisation’s cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations.

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience Required
– Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in finance or investment management.
– Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
– Relevant professional certifications & membership in professional associations such as ICA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA in Ghana or abroad would be an added advantage.

Finance Officer

Role Summary
The Finance Officer would be responsible for providing critical support for daily financial operations including processing payments, maintaining financial records, and assisting in reconciliations.

Reporting Line: Reports to Senior Finance Officer

Job Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
– Prepare draft financial statements.
– Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures of the organisation.
– Draft correspondence for financial queries and notices.

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience Required
– Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
– Part/Full completion of Professional certification such as ICA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA is required.

Human Resources and Administration Officer

Role Summary
The Human Resources and Administration Officer would be responsible for providing essential support for HR and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. This role involves handling routine HR tasks, maintaining HR records, and assisting in administrative functions to meet organisational goals.

Reporting Line: Reports to Senior Human Resources and Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
– Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing welcome kits and ensuring documentation is complete.
– Respond to employee queries related to benefits, policies, and general HR matters.
– Assist with scheduling and organising training sessions and workshops.
– Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience Required
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
– Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
– Basic understanding of HR functions, labour laws, and office administration.
