Conduct Functional Requirements Gathering and Support ERP Projects
• Conduct functional requirements gathering and present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Conduct needs assessments to determine where improvements can be made
• Conduct training sessions on Finance ERP software applications in order to help users adapt to new technology within their field
• Project delivery – contribute to conceptual and logical designs and work with customers on functional and technical aspects of ERP project delivery and support
• Undertake the required professional ERP certification and related training
• Any other duty that may be assigned
