Overview:
We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team, specializing in Services, Maintenance, and Diagnostics in Tarkwa. You’ll play a vital role in customer satisfaction by ensuring fast, high-quality engine repairs and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and complete less complex engine repairs at customer sites
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service to build trust and satisfaction
• Anticipate customer needs and act promptly
• Use specialized tools and follow documented procedures for high-quality service
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues as needed
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Identify additional service opportunities and stay current through training

What You’ll Need:
• Basic experience in field service work
• Intermediate knowledge or experience with engine products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Apprentice-trained engine technician (preferred)
• Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution
• Valid local driving permit
• Ability to use mechanical/electronic diagnostic tools effectively
• Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems and repair procedures
• Ability to maintain tools and service vehicles in excellent condition
