Key Responsibilities
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately.
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Manage payroll and assist with budgeting/forecasting.
• Handle client billing for visa and travel services.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies.
• Liaise with travel vendors and stakeholders on financial matters.
• Develop and execute social media strategies on X, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote travel services and engage clients.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in accounting, preferably in travel/tourism.
Attributes: Analytical, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
