🎯 Job Purpose:
• Operate the dispensary and manage drug-related activities, including prescriptions.
• Provide routine pharmaceutical services to support diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases among CNML employees.

🔧 Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sterilize surfaces and equipment used for medicine processing.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately.
• Monitor and stock pharmaceutical inventory.
• Validate prescriptions before dispensing.
• Counsel patients on medication adherence.
• Liaise with doctors to prevent prescription/drug errors.
• Conduct rational medicine use surveys.
• Maintain monthly drug bulletins.
• Implement pharmacovigilance systems.
• Enforce pharmaceutical regulations and maintain a clean dispensary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

📚 Required Skills or Experience:
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Pharmacy Technician.
• Valid license from the Pharmacy Council of Ghana.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a reputable Ghanaian health institution.
Knowledge:
• Strong grasp of pharmaceutical principles and standards.
• Medicine storage, dosage, and medical terminology.
• Infection control and health safety regulations.
Skills:
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical software and data systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain equipment and perform accurate work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
• Experience with online prescription systems (a plus).
Leadership & Behavior:

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
