Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Specialist at Toende rural bank. The role is located in Bawku, with some work from home flexibility. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
• Information Technology and Network Security knowledge
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with IT hardware and software
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
