Eligibility & Core Skills

Final-year student eligible for National Service during the 2025 / 2026 service year
Strong written & verbal communication and confident stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a comfort with data/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar)

Application Process
Step 1 – Online profile
Provide your name, school, student ID, and National Service Scheme (NSS) number (if available).

Step 2 – Online aptitude assessment
After submitting your profile, you will receive a link inviting you to take a timed aptitude test.

Step 3 – In-person assessment centre
Short-listed applicants will be invited for an in-person assessment.

Step 4 – Panel interview & document submission
Those who excel in step 3 will meet DBG hiring managers for an interview focused on motivation, technical aptitude and cultural fit. Applicants will be required to submit their CVs and academic transcripts to complete their application dossier.

Step 5 – Offer & onboarding
Successful candidates will be onboarded for national service.
