Creative Producer/ Content Lead

We are seeking a Content Lead / Creative Producer to join our passionate team and take charge of creating and producing compelling content that resonates with our diverse community of artists, entrepreneurs and creatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute content strategies across various digital platforms (social media, website, events and more).
* Oversee the creation and production of high-quality content (videos, written, audio, visual).
* Collaborate with the creative team, freelancers, and partners to produce engaging content that tells our story and promotes our events.
* Manage editorial calendars, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with the brand vision.
* Identify trends, opportunities and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and impactful.
* Lead creative brainstorming sessions, generating innovative ideas that amplify our platform’s mission.
* Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for different platforms.
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the success of content and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Content Lead, Creative Producer or similar role in a fast-paced, creative environment.
* Strong portfolio showcasing content creation across various media formats.
* Excellent storytelling, writing and communication skills.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of current trends in digital media, content creation and social media platforms.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passion for creativity, culture and entrepreneurship.
